Effective Date: September 27, 2026
Runvera is a monitoring service for background jobs and AI agent runs.
Runvera may receive ping requests, record execution history, learn expected job intervals, track AI agent run states, and notify users when a monitored job appears late or when an AI agent run fails or appears stuck.
Runvera may also provide software development kits ("SDKs"), including @runvera/sdk, to help users integrate monitoring into their applications.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
You are responsible for all activity performed through your account.
You must not share account credentials with unauthorized persons.
Monitoring Tokens and Ping URLs
Runvera may assign unique Ping URLs, monitoring tokens, or similar credentials to monitored Jobs or AI Agents.
You must treat these URLs and tokens as confidential information.
Anyone who obtains a Ping URL or monitoring token may be able to submit monitoring events to the associated Job or Agent.
You are responsible for preventing unauthorized disclosure or misuse of these credentials.
You must not expose monitoring tokens in browser-side or other publicly accessible client code.
If you believe a Ping URL or monitoring token has been exposed, you should stop using the affected monitor and replace it where possible, or contact us for assistance.
Monitoring and Alerts
Runvera attempts to detect abnormal conditions in monitored systems.
These may include:
- Jobs that appear to be late;
- AI Agent runs that report failure;
- AI Agent runs that do not report completion within the configured time and are classified as stuck.
Monitoring results and notifications are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, or delivered on time.
A "stuck" classification means Runvera did not receive a completion event within the applicable timeout. It does not guarantee that the underlying process has actually stopped or failed.
Runvera may fail to detect a problem, may incorrectly classify a Job or Agent run, or may fail to deliver an alert due to network failures, third-party outages, incorrect configuration, software defects, delayed events, or other circumstances.
You should not rely on Runvera as the sole monitoring or safety mechanism for systems where failure could cause serious financial loss, personal injury, loss of life, security incidents, or other critical damage.
AI Agent Monitoring
Runvera does not operate or control users' AI Agents.
Users are responsible for the design, execution, output, security, legality, and behavior of their own AI Agents and related systems.
Runvera only receives monitoring information submitted through supported APIs or SDKs.
Users are responsible for ensuring that data submitted to Runvera does not violate applicable laws, contractual obligations, or third-party rights.
SDK
Runvera may provide SDKs to assist with integration.
SDKs may automatically submit monitoring events such as run start, success, or failure information.
You are responsible for integrating and using the SDK correctly.
SDK availability, compatibility, APIs, and behavior may change over time.
Open-source components distributed separately may also be subject to the license included with those components.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Runvera to:
- violate applicable laws or regulations;
- interfere with or disrupt the Service;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to Runvera or other users' accounts or data;
- abuse Ping, Agent, API, or monitoring endpoints;
- intentionally generate excessive or harmful traffic;
- submit malicious code, harmful payloads, or fraudulent monitoring data;
- use the Service for malicious, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or materially interfere with the operation or security of the Service.
Plans and Limits
Runvera may provide free and paid plans with different limits and features.
Usage limits may include the number of Jobs, Agents, Runs, monitoring events, history retention periods, notification features, or other resources.
Plans, limits, and features may change over time.
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes that significantly affect existing users.
If paid features are not currently available, nothing in these Terms requires Runvera to offer paid plans.
Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of Runvera at any time.
We may perform maintenance that temporarily makes the Service unavailable.
We do not guarantee any specific uptime, monitoring frequency, detection time, processing time, or notification delivery time unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.
Third-Party Services
Runvera relies on third-party infrastructure and service providers, which may include Supabase, Vercel, Resend, npm, and other providers used to operate or distribute the Service.
The availability and performance of Runvera may be affected by those third-party services.
We are not responsible for outages, failures, delays, security incidents, policy changes, or other problems caused by third-party providers beyond our reasonable control.
User Data
You retain responsibility for data you submit to Runvera.
Depending on how you use the Service, submitted data may include Job names, Agent names, timestamps, execution status, error messages, failed-step information, and other monitoring metadata.
You should avoid submitting secrets, passwords, API keys, personal information, or other sensitive data unless necessary and appropriate for your use of the Service.
Our handling of personal information is also described in the Runvera Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Runvera is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, accurate, or suitable for every use case.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Runvera and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, system availability, or other losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
Termination
You may stop using Runvera at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the Service, other users, third parties, or comply with legal obligations.
Termination may result in loss of access to stored monitoring data.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the Service or by other reasonable means.
Continued use of Runvera after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
